Building on the all-time best seller, TSG has released a refined version of the legendary Pass Downhill Skateboarding Helmet. It benefits from a ground-up revamp, starting with a wider size range and easy-on head channel. Visually it draws on the sleek lines of the original Pass but now features enhanced aerodynamics and an even more streamlined silhouette, made from lighter weight ABS which is less harmful to humans and the environment.

The visor is also new and fits the silhouette perfectly with distortion-free optics and an anti-fog coating. The visor also has tool-free adjustability for easy maintenance. Inside, we made the fit and comfort next level, with a superior EPS liner and all-new padding matrix. Plus, its functionality has been perfected with upgraded mouth and nose ventilation and fog clearing air ducts. All that is left for you to do is dial the road ahead.

New to the Pass 2.0

TSG’s innovative Air Flow vent system delivers optimal air circulation and reduces uncomfortable heat build-up in the helmet. The air flow channels have been designed to pull fresh air over and around the head while forcing stale air out. New for the Pass 2.0 full face helmet are large nose vent ports to allow for perfect breathing circulation with ear slots for improved hearing.

The advanced design of this cutting-edge helmet incorporates large nose vent ports and ear slots, enhancing overall comfort and performance. The incorporation of these features not only ensures improved ventilation, but also allows for better hearing, catering to the needs of users in various environments. Adding to the user-centric design, the helmet boasts size-adjustable and removable cheek pads, providing a customizable fit for maximum comfort. The innovation of the TSG Pass 2.0 continues with a tool-free mechanism for easy opening and closing of the visor screw, making adjustments a breeze.

Convenience is further emphasized by the inclusion of a quick-release comfort liner, facilitating effortless washing and cleaning for a hygienic experience. The helmet comes equipped with two spherical visor lenses, offering versatility with a clear lens for standard use and a chrome-tinted lens for added style and protection. These lenses are treated with anti-fog and anti-scratch properties, ensuring clear visibility and longevity. In addition, the Pass helmet visor is completely sealed when closed and no airflow comes in. Protection

Hardshell Fibreglass Construction – Hardshell helmets are constructed from ABS or PP plastic. This outer shell gets bonded to the EPS core for a two-piece construction that provides high durability and ultimate high-impact protection.

Comfort

Air Flow Channels – Our innovative Air Flow vent system delivers optimal air circulation and reduces uncomfortable heat build-up in the helmet. The air channels have been designed to pull fresh air over and around the head while forcing stale air out.

Nose Vent Ports – Two small vent ports in the nose area allow enhanced exchange of air.

Fogging Blocker in 2 Sizes – The exhalation fogging blocker positioned around the nose of your Pass Pro helmet ensures that exhaled air doesn’t flow up to fog the visor. The fogging blocker is made of soft foam and is supplied in two sizes for premium adaptation to different facial geometries.

Ear Slots – Small openings at ear level improve the wearer’s perception of ambient noise.

Washable Comfort Liner – Quick-dry liner padding: Removable and machine (hand) washable.

Removable and Adjustable Cheek Pads – Additional foam wedges can be installed into the cheek pads to adjust thickness to fit all faces.

2 Spherical Lenses (Clear & Tinted Anti-Scratch and Anti-Fog Treated) – The spherical lens geometry of your Pass Pro helmet visor supports distortion-free vision right to the periphery. Each helmet comes with two visors: mirrored tinted and clear for various light conditions. The inside of the visor is anti-fog coated and the outer is anti-scratch treated to protect it from light wear and tear. Please note that the anti-scratch applies to the lens and not to the mirror coating. Visors are CE EN174 certified.

Sealed View Window – The Pass helmet visor is completely sealed when closed and no airflow comes in.
